This foot sole massage mechanism (10) comprises at least two of a first massage member (20) that massages the central portion of the foot sole of an user, a second massage member (33) that massages the rear portion of the foot sole of the user, and a third massage member (41) that massages the front portion of the foot sole of the user, and comprises a drive unit (11) that generates a massage action by linking and driving two or more of the first massage member (20), the second massage member (33), and the third massage member (41).
