The present invention relates to a method for monitoring the oxygenation of a graft, comprising: a) mixing an organ preservation solution preferably with at least one molecule selected from Annelides extracellular hemoglobin its globins and protomers of globin, in order to obtain a composition, in a sealed container； b) immersion of the graft in the composition obtained in a)； c) introducing an oxygen probe into the composition obtained in a), or into the composition of step b)； and d) closing the sealed container, steps c) and d) being performed simultaneously or in any order. It also relates to a method for determining the viability of a graft. La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de suivi de l'oxygénation d'un greffon, comprenant : a) le mélange d'une solution de préservation d'organe de préférence avec au moins une molécule choisie parmi l'hémoglobine extracellulaire d'Annélides, ses globines et ses protomères de globine, afin d'obtenir une composition, dans un récipient étanche ； b) l'immersion du greffon dans la composition obtenue en a) ； c) l'introduction d'une sonde à oxygène dans la composition obtenue en a), ou dans la composition de l'étape b) ； et d) la fermeture du récipient étanche, les étapes c) et d) étant effectuées simultanément ou dans un ordre indifférent. Elle a également pour objet un procédé de détermination de la viabilité d'un greffon.
