The present invention relates to a vertical garlic peeling apparatus. A rotary roller unit including a plurality of rotary rollers, which are capable of feeding whole garlic including multiple garlic pieces and producing peeled garlic by separating the fed whole garlic into garlic pieces and by peeling the outer skin of the separated garlic pieces, is vertically disposed. When the whole garlic is fed to the upper part thereof, the fed whole garlic passes the vertically disposed rotary roller unit in a lower direction, and the whole garlic is separated into garlic pieces. The outer skin of the garlic pieces is peeled, and peeled garlic is discharged to a lower side.
