PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of maintaining an interesting appearance possessed by a cup souffle in which: in many cases, the cup souffle often collapses in a short time after making, so it cannot be put in a store, and the time that customers can enjoy the interesting appearance is also shortened.SOLUTION: Once the cup souffle was prepared in the container A, and the cup souffle was transferred to the container B after it had been shrunk sufficiently, thereby,it was possible to maintain the fun of the appearance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】 スフレは調製後短時間で萎んでしまう場合が多い。そのため、店舗では作り置きすることもできず、また、客が見た目の面白さを楽しめる時間も短くなる場合も多い。 本発明は、カップスフレの持つ、見た目の面白さを維持できる方法を提供することを課題とした。【解決手段】 一旦容器Aにおいてカップスフレを調製し、スフレが十分収縮した後に、該スフレを、容器Bに移し変える製造法とすることで、見た目の面白さを維持できることを見出し、本発明を完成させた。【選択図】図1
