Disclosed is CD154 binding polypeptide which specifically recognizes CD154. According to the present invention, the polypeptide effectively suppresses the interaction of CD154-CD40 and does not activate platelets, thereby being effective for preventing or treating various diseases or symptoms mediated by T-cells or antibodies in need of suppressing interaction.본원은 CD154를 특이적으로 인식하는 CD154 결합 폴리펩타이드를 개시한다. 본원에 따른 폴리펩타이드는 CD154-CD40의 상호작용을 효과적으로 억제하면서도 혈소판을 활성화 시키지 않아, 상기 상호작용의 억제가 필요한 T-세포 또는 항체 매개된 다양한 질환 또는 증상의 예방 또는 치료에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다.
