The present invention concerns a composition for use in the prevention or treatment of a subject suffering from a cancer in combination with radiotherapy, wherein said composition comprises a conjugate, eventually associated with pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, said conjugate comprising i) the Shiga Toxin B subunit (STxB), a fragment or a derivative thereof； and ii) at least one epitope associated with said cancer.La présente invention concerne une composition pour son utilisation dans la prévention ou le traitement d'un sujet souffrant d'un cancer en combinaison avec la radiothérapie, ladite composition comprenant un conjugué, éventuellement associé à un véhicule pharmaceutiquement acceptable, ledit conjugué comprenant i) la sous-unité B de la toxine Shiga (STxB), un fragment ou un dérivé de celle-ci ； et ii) au moins un épitope associé au dit cancer.
