PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic apparatus capable of performing an effective treatment in relation with respiration.SOLUTION: A therapeutic apparatus 100 comprises: a treatment part 17 that performs a treatment by repeating strong loading operation for applying a relatively large load on a person to be treated and a weak loading operation for applying a relatively small load on the person to be treated or not applying a load on the person to be treated； and a respiration guiding part 82 for guiding the person to be treated to breathe in synchronization with a preset reference respiration.
