The phantom for evaluating a surgical navigation device includes a base and a plurality of pillars. The pillars have different heights or form different angles with respect to the base and protrude from the base. Each of the pillars is formed with a hole having a concave shape so as to correspond to the protruding shape of the tip of the probe.
