The present invention relates to an umbrella mounting device for a vehicle that automatically adjusts a fixing angle of an umbrella in consideration of a vehicle speed, wind direction, wind speed, and terrain slope, thereby having no difficulty in acquiring a rider′s vision, protecting the rider from rain or snow, and ensuring safe riding. According to the present invention, the umbrella mounting device includes: a vehicle movable by means of a rider′s force or electrical power； a sensor attached to the vehicle to sense a wind direction, a wind speed, and a slope； a controller for transmitting a command value obtained from data information of the wind direction, wind speed, and slope sensed by the sensor according to a set algorithm to a driver； and the driver for adjusting a fixing angle of an umbrella according to the command value of the controller, wherein the sensor, the controller, and the driver are connected with each other through wire or wireless network to transmit and receive the data to and from each other.사용자의 자력 또는 전기적인 동력으로 이동이 가능한 운송수단； 상기 운송수단에 부착되어 풍향 및 풍속과 기울기를 감지하는 센서부； 상기 센서부에서 감지된 풍향 및 풍속과 기울기의 데이터 정보를 설정된 알고리즘에 따라 구동부로 명령값을 전송하는 제어부； 상기 제어부의 명령값에 따라 우산의 고정각도를 조절하는 구동부로 이루어지고, 상기 센서부, 제어부, 구동부는 유선 또는 무선의 연결망으로 연결 및 설치되어 데이터의 전송 및 수신이 가능한 운송수단용 우산 장착장치를 제공함으로써, 전거의 속력이나 풍향, 풍속, 지형의 경사도를 고려하여 자동으로 우산이 고정된 장치의 각도가 조절됨에 따라 시야확보에 지장을 주지 않고 동시에, 비 또는 눈이 오는날에 비를 맞지 않을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 안전하게 운송수단을 탑승할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
