An aquaculture water recycling system and an aquaculture water recycling method are disclosed. The aquaculture water recycling system comprises a culture zone, a treatment zone and a monitoring subsystem. The treatment zone is relatively higher than the culture zone, and the treatment zone is respectively connected to a water outlet and a water inlet of the culture zone, so that a pressurized pump can be utilized to drive the aquaculture water to circulatingly flow between the culture zone and the treatment zone in a flow direction. The treatment zone is provided with a plurality of cutoff walls and processing spaces which are arranged in the direction of the water flow from high to low so that the aquaculture water can contact the air when flowing through each shutoff wall and the aquaculture water is purified through the aquatic organisms in the processing spaces.
