The X-ray fluoroscopic table is provided with a lock mechanism. The lock mechanism is movable between a locked position and an unlocked position. Further, when the arm (2) is inclined downwardly, a stopper is arranged at a predetermined position with respect to the lock mechanism by gravity and the lock mechanism is maintained at the locked position, so as not to operate.
