Portable functional magnetic resonance imaging ( fMRI ) monitoring system consisting of a head mounted device, portable monitoring device and testing device for measuring significant neural activity via changes in blood flow in the ACC (anterior cingulate cortex) and Amygdala regions of the human brain following a number of visual & auditory tests to ascertain the emotions of a subject. The results of such tests may be used to determine racial bias in individuals. The monitoring and testing devices may be conventional video display screens. The head mounted device may include a number of receptors for sensing brain activity. The three devices may communicate wirelessly with each other.
