The invention relates to a mixed probe, for both contact and pulverization of liquid nitrogen for cautery of papillomatous lesions protruding from the skin plane. According to the invention, the probe consists of four steel segments (8) which are mobile at the distal end, fixed onto a body (1) making the connection with a cryocautery apparatus, in the vicinity of a liquid-nitrogen pulverization nozzle (7), segments (8) which, when approaching, due to the compression exerted thereonto by a mobile body (4) pressed by a tensioning spring (3), confine a closed space having at the distal end an orifice (12) of a diameter similar to a lesion, which thereby prevents the nitrogen to be pulverized on the perilesional undamaged tegument or mucosa.Invenţia se referă la o sondă mixtă de contact şi de pulverizare a azotului lichid pentru cauterizarea leziunilor papilomatoase reliefate din planul pielii. Sonda conform invenţiei este constituită din patru segmente (8) din oţel, mobile la capătul distal, fixate la un corp (1) de legătură cu un criocauter, în apropierea unei duze (7) de pulverizare a azotului lichid, segmente (8) care, apropiate, prin compresia efectuată asupra lor de un corp (4) mobil presat de un arc (3) de tensionare, delimitează un spaţiu închis care are la capătul distal un orificiu (12) cu diametru similar unei leziuni şi care împiedică astfel pulverizarea azotului pe tegumentul sau mucoasa indemnă perilezională.
