PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an internal material such as bean-jam and cream to be visually recognized from a surface side and the internal material to be increased.SOLUTION: A baked sweet 10 such as a dorayaki and a pancake is constituted by inserting an internal material 40 such as bean-jam and cream between an upper side skin 20 which faces an upside when showing products in a show case and a lower side skin 30 which faces a downside, where a cut 22 penetrating both faces of the skin 20 is formed on the upper side skin 20, and the internal material 40 such as the bean-jam and the cream exudes from the cut 22 so that the existence of the internal material such as the bean-jam and the cream can be visually recognized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】餡やクリーム等の内材を表面側から目視確認できるようにすると共に、内材の増量を可能とする。【解決手段】商品陳列時に上側となる上側の皮20と下側となる下側の皮30との間に、餡やクリーム等の内材40を挟んで成るどら焼きやパンケーキ等の焼き菓子10であって、前記上側の皮20には該皮20の両面に貫通する切れ目22が形成されており、該切れ目22にも前記餡やクリーム等の内材40が食み出してきており該餡やクリーム等の内材40の存在が該切れ目22を通じて外部から目視確認できる。【選択図】図1
