The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a Chinese medicine composition using Xanthium strumarium L. with neutralized toxicity. More specifically, the manufacturing method of the Chinese medicine composition using Xanthium strumarium L. with neutralized toxicity comprises the steps of: (1) preparing Xanthium strumarium L. and an Aspergillus oryzae-derived enzyme in the weight ratio of 1:4.5-5.5 with respect to the total weight of the composition (2) washing the Xanthium strumarium L. prepared in step (1) and soaking the same into cold water for 20-40 minutes (3) putting 2,500-3,500 cc of water per 100 g of the Xanthium strumarium L. soaked in step (2) and decocting the Xanthium strumarium L. for 50-70 minutes (4) cooling a decoction prepared in step (3) and Xanthium strumarium L. dregs to 60-70°C (5) separately putting the Aspergillus oryzae-derived enzyme prepared in step (1) and the Xanthium strumarium L. dregs cooled in step (4) into nonwoven fabrics, and soaking the enzyme and the dregs into the decoction cooled in step (4) and (6) saccharifying the decoction into which the Aspergillus oryzae-derived enzyme and the Xanthium strumarium L. dregs were soaked in step (5) at 55-65°C for 12-24 hours. According to the Chinese medicine composition using Xanthium strumarium L. with neutralized toxicity, and the manufacturing method thereof in the present invention, the decoction including Xanthium strumarium L. is manufactured by decocting Xanthium strumarium L. and using only liquor obtained from decocted Xanthium strumarium L. or soaking Xanthium strumarium L. dregs into the liquor so the toxicity of Xanthium strumarium L. can be neutralized and side effects thereof can be alleviated. According to the present invention, the decoction is converted into glucose instead of maltose by using the Aspergillus oryzae-derived enzyme during a saccharification process. Therefore, the saccharified decoction is quickly absorbed in the digestive system of a p
