PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a medicine dividing and packing machine which facilitates the cleaning of the internal surfaces of upper medicine collecting mechanisms 140.SOLUTION: In the medicine dividing and packing machine 40 having medicine feeders 13 storing and gradually discharging medicines, a plurality of medicine feeder storages 12 equipped with a plurality of medicine feeders and capable of being drawn out from a housing, upper medicine collection mechanisms 140 set up in them and guiding downward the medicines discharged from the medicine feeders 13 and dropping the same, a lower medicine collecting mechanism 15 collecting and pouring downward the medicines dropped therefrom, and a packing device 17 dividing and packing the poured medicines into a packing strip, the upper medicine collection mechanisms 140 have vertically split type vertically split left side portions 141 and vertically split right side portions 142.
