The present invention relates to a culture medium immersion treatment apparatus and an immersion treatment method. More specifically, the present invention relates to a culture medium immersion treatment apparatus and an immersion treatment method which reduce working hours and save water used for immersion treatment. The culture medium immersion treatment apparatus according to the present invention comprises: an immersion treatment unit a water storage unit a water injection unit and a pump. The immersion treatment unit is capable of accommodating a culture medium in which immersion is treated and has an air outlet from which inside air is discharged. The water storage unit accommodates water to supply to the immersion treatment unit. The water injection unit injects water accommodated in the water storage unit to the immersion treatment unit. The pump injects water accommodated in the immersion treatment unit back to the water storage unit. According to the present invention, the apparatus and the method reuse water used for immersion treatment, thereby saving water used for immersion treatment and reducing overall expenses.
