PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graft holder free from the need of a metallic spring to give holding force, free from easily breaking not like a thin hinge part of a small plastic grafting pinch using a conventional metallic spring, correspondable by using one holder even to large and small stem diameters of stocks and scions, and easy to confirm the connection part of a graft by visual observation.SOLUTION: This graft holder includes a pair of pinching parts 1 and 2 which are each arranged across the space of a stem holding part 6, and whose end spaces are opened in an unused condition, knob parts 4 and 5 which are each connectedly installed on the base end parts of a pair of the pinching parts 1 and 2, and a U shape connection part 3 which connects the base end parts of the pair of the pinching parts 1 and 2.
