PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dogs excrement collecting device, with which excrement from a dog can be effectively processed, which is usable to a dog without a feeling of resistance, and is convenient to carry, and which makes post-processing easy.SOLUTION: The dogs excrement collecting device includes a bag (12) to collect dogs excrement before it drops to the ground. The bag (12) is formed thin of polypropylene. The bag (12) has such a structure that can be held to be opened and closed by a wire (2) of stainless. A handle is extensible in three stages to be adjustable in length. When it is carried, it can be compactly housed. By placing toilet paper or the like inside the bag (12), excrement can be easily processed into a toilet or the like.
