More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for inducing germination of Sedumtakesimense Nakai seeds by dipping them in a gibberellin solution, Through the treatment, the germination rate of the island giraffin seeds was remarkably increased, the loss rate of the seeds was lowered, the germination was improved even under the dark condition, the root elongation was promoted when the germinated seeds were treated with the blue light of the light emitting diode, Through the method of producing the seedlings under the condition, it is possible to increase the germination rate of the seed and to promote the root growth of the plant, thereby increasing the cultivation efficiency and can be usefully used as a method for mass production of the island giraffe.본 발명은 섬기린초(Sedum takesimense Nakai) 종자의 발아를 유도하는 방법 및 이를 통한 우량묘의 생산을 효과적으로 증진시키는 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 섬기린초 종자를 지베렐린 용액에 침지하여 파종한 다음, 발광다이오드 적색광 처리를 통해 섬기린초 종자의 발아율이 현저하게 증가하였고, 종자의 손실률이 저하되었으며, 암 조건하에서도 발아가 향상되었고, 발아된 종자에 발광다이오드 청색광을 처리하였을 때, 뿌리 신장을 촉진되었으며, 이후 형광등 조건하에서 유묘를 생산하는 방법을 통하여, 종자의 발아율 향상 및 식물의 뿌리 생장을 촉진함으로써 재배효율을 증가시켜, 섬기린초의 대량생산을 위한 방법으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
