The present invention discloses a method for producing an anti-fatique japonica rice fermentative hydrolysate. The method includes the following steps: providing japonica rice, performing fermentation, and performing hydrolyzation. The fermentation is conducted after mixing the japonica rice, water, aspergillus, and fermenting yeast and fermented japonica rice is generated. Then the fermented japonica rice is hydrolyzed to the anti-fatique japonica rice fermentative hydrolysate via various proteases.
