PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent skin cleaning preparation which gives a good touch of use, can especially easily be rinsed during cleansing, gives an excellent refreshing feeling and an excellent non-stiff feeling after cleansing, gives high cosmetic-washing effect, and is reduced in skin irritating property.SOLUTION: This skin cleaning preparation comprises 0.1 to 20 mass% of an alkylene oxide derivative represented by the following general formula (I) and 0.1 to 20 mass% of a humectant comprising dipropylene glycol and/or glycerol.
