The device additionally comprises a signal processing unit for detection signal processing comprising a comparison unit for comparing the received detection signals with pre-received reference signals from the same exposure the first increased blood volume localiser, a second blood pulsation pattern localiser within the increased blood volume and the third localiser configured to specify, which of the increased blood volume represent the bleeding areas on the basis of the specific pulsation pattern.
