The present invention relates to a processing method and processing apparatus of floating fish case sludge using biological activated carbon (BAC), and more specifically to a processing apparatus of floating fish case sludge using biological activated carbon providing a sludge processing ship of isolating concomitant by supplying and storing the sludge produced from the floating fish cage to a salvage vessel, and efficiently processing the dissolved organic materials using biological activated carbon by supplying water and sludge.
