The manufacturing method of the bracket is to establish a virtual bracket body (10) in a computer and to set a center line (40) of the groove (14), acquire a tooth arrangement model of an ideal dentition and to determine a virtual placement position of the groove (14), match the center line (40) of the groove with the virtual placement position of the groove (14), rotate the bracket body (10) to adjust position and thickness about the center line (40), and finally, cut out the groove (14) along the center line (40), and print via 3D to generate a real bracket.
