L'invention concerne un système (S) pour l'estimation d'un volume de récolte au sein d'une exploitation viticole organisée en rangées (R1, R2, R3) de ceps de vigne, comportant : - un dispositif photographique (DP) pour la capture d'une image photographique d'un ensemble (E) de ceps lorsque le système circule entre deux rangées (R1, R2) de l'exploitation viticole； - des moyens (Dd) pour mesurer une distance (d) entre les ceps de vigne et le dispositif photographique (DP)； - des moyens de calcul (MC) pour détecter des baies au sein de l'image photographique, déterminer un nombre de baies sur une grappe, déterminer un nombre de grappes sur un cep et déterminer un indicateur du volume en fonction du nombre de baies sur une grappe, du nombre de grappes sur un cep et du diamètre des baies déterminé à partir de l'image photographique et de la mesure de distance.
