The novel subtilisase according to the present invention has superior activity at low temperature compared to the existing subtilisin-derived enzyme, and can be mass-produced in transformants, and thus can be utilized for various industrial uses.본 발명은 남극에서 분리한 슈도알테로모나스(Pseudoalteromonas sp.) 유래 저온 활성 서브틸라아제(subtilase), 이의 제조 방법 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 신규한 서브틸라아제는 기존 서브틸리신 유래 효소에 비해 저온에서 활성이 우수하며, 형질전환체에서 대량 생산이 가능한 바, 다양한 산업적 용도로 활용될 수 있다.
