The present invention is related to a medical test system and a medical test device setting with a detachable streaming module thereof. The medical test system comprises at least one medical test device, a detachable streaming module and an instruction device. The medical test device comprises a processor. The detachable streaming module optionally connects with the medical test device used to set up a first communication channel and a second communication channel. The first communication channel set up between the medical test device and the detachable streaming module. The instruction device is used for entering an instruction and communicated with the detachable streaming module by the second communication channel. When the detachable streaming module electronically communicated with the medical test device, the instruction has been transmitted to the medical test device by the first communication channel and the second communication channel, and the processor performs an action based on the instruction.
