Methods may include administering an effective combination of a dosage of a bupropion or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a dosage of naltrexone or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Methods may include identifying a patient who is overweight or obese and providing an effective combination of bupropion and naltrexone to the patient. Methods may include reducing a number of binge or compulsive eating events.
