The present invention relates to: spherical nanoparticles comprising a first layer comprising mesoporous nanoparticles and magnetic nanoparticles and a second layer comprising poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-1-butyl-3-vinylimidazolium bromide-co-acrylic acid), wherein cavities are formed in the first layer and the second layer surrounds an outer surface of the first layer； and a drug carrier using the same. Nanoparticles of the present invention can enclose drugs in cavities and control drug release according to pH and temperature.본 발명은 메조 기공 나노입자 및 자성 나노입자를 포함하는 제 1층 및 폴리(N-이소프로필아크릴아마이드-co-1-부틸-3-비닐이미다졸륨 브로마이드-co-아크릴산)을 포함하는 제 2층을 포함하고, 상기 제 1층의 내부에 공동이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 제 2층은 제 1층의 외부를 감싸고 있는 것인 구형 나노입자 및 이를 이용한 약물 전달체에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 나노입자는 공동에 약물을 봉입할 수 있고, pH 및 온도에 따라 약물 방출을 조절할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
