PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate maintenance even for general consumers and achieve both moisture supply and evaporation prevention.SOLUTION: A semi-solidified water retention material has a polymer water-absorbing polymer that adsorbs a water molecule, and is used by covering the surface of soil in plant cultivation.
