The present utility model is a process of producing santol-kamias leather. The tropical fruits were combined with sugar, calamansi juice and pectin powder. Boiling, spreading, drying, cooling, cutting, rolling into bite-sized pieces and sprinkling with sesame seeds followed. The confection produced by the present process has a high degree of acceptability among consumers which suggests opportunity for commercialization.
