The present invention relates to an electrical stimulation device to be worn on a wrist, comprising: a housing (10) having a pair of electrodes (11, 12), which are attached to skin of a wrist, formed on the bottom thereof a first band (20) biasedly connected to the left side with respect to a center line (C) of the housing (10) from one side of the housing (10), and formed with a plurality of first insertion holes (21) a second band (30) biasedly connected to the right side with respect to the center line (C) of the housing from the other side of the housing (10), and formed with a plurality of second insertion holes (31) and a clip attachment/detachment part (40, 140) coupled to the first insertion holes (21) and the second insertion holes (31) to be attached thereto or detached therefrom in a state that the first band (20) and the second band (30) enclose the wrist and the side parts thereof are attached to the skin.
