The present invention relates to a novel use of ascorbyl palmitate and ascorbyl stearate, which are fat-soluble types of vitamin C, as a slip modifier for tablets and, more specifically, a slip modifier composition containing the ascorbyl palmitate and ascorbyl stearate for tablet type organic processed foods, and tablets containing the composition as the slip modifier. According to the present invention, the ascorbyl palmitate and ascorbyl stearate, derivatives of vitamin C, conventionally have been used as an antioxidant, but they improve the flow of powder and reduce a friction with a tablet punch and a die n case of being using for the tablets, thereby being useful as the slip modifier.본 발명은 비타민C의 지용성 형태인 아스코르빌 팔미테이트와 아스코르빌 스테아레이트의 정제용 활택제로서의 새로운 용도에 관한 것으로, 더 구체적으로는 상기 물질을 포함하는 정제형태 유기가공식품의 활택제 조성물 및 이를 활택제로 포함하는 정제에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의하면, 아스코르빌 팔미테이트와 아스코르빌 스테아레이트는 비타민C의 유도체로 종래에는 오일류의 산화방지제로 사용되어 왔으나, 정제에 사용시 분말의 흐름성을 향상 시키고 정제와 타정 펀치 및 다이와의 마찰을 줄여 주는 효과가 뛰어 나기 때문에 활택제로써 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
