The present invention relates to a two-component hemostatic composition which can be adjunctively used for a wide range of bleeding and surgeries, and a method for manufacturing same. The two-component hemostatic composition according to the present invention comprises, without comprising a blood preparation: a first solution containing chitosan； and a second solution containing a glucose- or cellulose-based compound, and can be easily applied in a liquid form to a wound or a surgical bleeding site of a human body and instantly form a hydrogel on the bleeding site to help hemostasis and recovery.La présente invention concerne une composition hémostatique à deux constituants qui peut être utilisée en complément pour une large gamme de saignements et de chirurgies, et son procédé de fabrication. Selon la présente invention, la composition hémostatique à deux constituants comprend, sans comprendre une préparation à base de sang : une première solution contenant du chitosane； et une seconde solution contenant un composé à base de glucose ou de cellulose, et peut être facilement appliquée sous forme liquide à une plaie ou à un site de saignement chirurgical d'un corps humain et former instantanément un hydrogel sur le site de saignement en vue d'aider à l'hémostase et à la cicatrisation.본 발명은 광범위한 출혈 및 수술 중 보조적으로 사용할 수 있는 2액형 지혈제 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 2액형 지혈제 조성물은 혈액제제를 포함하지 않고,키토산(chitosan)을 함유하는 제 1용액 과 글루코오스(glucose) 혹은 셀루로오스계(cellulose) 화합물을 함유하는 제 2 용액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 액상형으로 인체의 상처나 수술 출혈 부위에 쉽게 도포되고 출혈부위에서 즉석으로 하이드로젤을 형성하여 지혈 및 회복에 도움을 줄수 있다.
