The present invention relates to a therapeutic device capable of interactively cross outputting low frequencies or ultrasound and heat and more particularly characterized by being configured to include: a heat outputting unit and a low frequency outputting unit that generates low frequencies to be cross output with heat from the heat outputting unit or configured to include: a heat outputting unit and an ultrasound outputting unit that generates ultrasound to be cross output with heat from the heat outputting unit. Specifically the present invention seeks to propose a therapeutic device which is provided with a low frequency outputting unit or an ultrasound outputting unit or a low frequency and ultrasound outputting unit and a heat outputting unit which ensures that there is no problem in maintaining the temperature of the therapeutic device through the interactive cross outputting of low frequencies or ultrasound and heat from the respective outputting units and which is capable of interactively cross outputting low frequencies or ultrasound and heat which can raise user satisfaction.
