The present invention relates to a calculus removal device comprising: an endoscope unit in which a camera is provided at the tip of an endoscope tube inserted along an internal organ or body cavity and captures images inside the internal organ or body cavity, and which outputs the captured images through a monitor； and a calculus removal unit which is inserted along the inside of the endoscope tube of the endoscope unit and selectively removes calculus. A scale ruler for estimating the size of the calculus using augmented reality is provided in a guide tube, basket, or crushing probe of the calculus removal unit, or on a screen of the monitor.
