The application discloses a cuff and a blood pressure measurement device using the same. The cuff includes a detachable pressure sensor, a cover unit, an air flow bag, and a pocket. The detachable pressure sensor detects a deformation of blood pressure detecting body portion, and generates a deforming signal. The blood pressure measurement device measures a blood pressure by the deforming signal. The air flow bag and the pocket disposed in the cover unit. The pocket rests a side of the air flow bag for containing the detachable pressure sensor. When the cover unit is broken and the detachable pressure sensor still keeps normal function, the detachable pressure sensor could be moved to a new cover unit.
