The present invention relates to a dental implant, and more specifically, to an implant which can improve a fastening force by increasing a surface area of a platform, and protect an alveolar bone by preventing an excessive deformation of an upper portion of the alveolar bone. The implant of the present invention is characterized in that a groove is formed in the platform.
