PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily check a users respiratory status with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: The invention comprises: a body part 2 formed of a member having light permeability so that an internal space 2A to cover a mouth and a nose of a user 100 is provided, in which an intake hole 2B through which a gaseous body flows into the internal space 2A from the exterior, and an exhaust hole 2C through which a gaseous body is exhausted to the exterior from the internal space 2A are provided and a vane wheel 6 disposed on the flow channel of exhaled breath from the mouth and the nose of the user 100 to the exhaust hole 2C that rotates so that the appearance changes according to the flow velocity of the gaseous body in the state that the body is worn by the user 100.
