PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component measuring device and a medical device with excellent handleability, for preventing leakage of information to people around, setting a volume stage for allowing information outputted by sound to be heard even when it is noisy around, and easily switching a volume.SOLUTION: A component measuring device 10 includes a volume changeover switch 40 which is slidable in a linear direction and is for switching the volume of sound outputted from a speaker. The volume changeover switch 40 is a switch capable of switching the volume of the sound outputted from the speaker in at least three stages of silence, a whisper volume and a normal volume. The volume can be switched to the whisper volume by sliding the volume changeover switch 40 to a first stage which is one end, can be switched to the silence by sliding it from the first stage to a second stage on the other end side, and can be switched to the normal volume by sliding it from the second stage to a stage on the other end side.【課題】周囲の人に情報が漏れるのを防ぎ、且つ、周囲が騒がしい場合であっても音で出力された情報を聞き取ることができる音量段階が設定され、且つ、音量切り換えを行い易く使い勝手の良い成分測定装置及び医療機器を提供する。【解決手段】成分測定装置１０は、直線方向にスライド可能であって、スピーカから出力される音声の音量を切り換えるための音量切換スイッチ４０を備え、音量切換スイッチ４０は、スピーカから出力される音声の音量を、消音、囁き音量、及び通常音量の少なくとも３段に切り換えることが可能なスイッチであり、音量切換スイッチ４０を一端である第１の段にスライドすることで囁き音量に切り換えることができ、第１の段より他端側にある第２の段にスライドすることで消音に切り換えることができ、第２の段より他端側にある段にスライドすることで通常音量に切り換えることができる。【選択図】図５
