PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marker for a vegetation base, capable of making a clear display even in a difficult-to-recognize situation such as night and hardly detached from turf soil, unit turf, etc. serving as the vegetation base.SOLUTION: A marker 1 for a vegetation base is used thrusted into the vegetation base 14 from above, and includes an upper plate part 3 having a marking function of facilitating identification from the surroundings utilizing light, and a plurality of legs 4, 4, 4, 4 continuously provided downward from the outer peripheral position of the upper plate part 3 and inserted into the vegetation base 14. Each leg 4 has a longitudinal tongue-shaped part 5 having an inner side face A curved outward toward the lower side so as to be elastically deformable outward after inserted into the vegetation base 14.
