PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for treating central nervous system (CNS) disorders associated with neuronal death and/or dysfunction.SOLUTION: A method of treating a mammal having a CNS disorder includes administering to the mammal having the CNS disorder a therapeutically effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition which contains a high molecular weight neurotherapeutic agent containing a growth factor, contains a tracing agent such as a MRI- or CT-detectable agent, and contains low molecular weight heparin as a facilitating agent. The method also includes determination of the clearance rate of the growth factor, and readministration after an intermission of 7 to 45 days.【課題】ニューロンの死及び／又は機能不全と関連する中枢神経系（CNS）障害を処置する為の方法及びシステムの提供。【解決手段】CNS障害を有する哺乳動物に成長因子を含む高分子量神経治療薬を含み、更に、ＭＲＩ検出用若しくはＣＴ検出用薬剤等の追跡薬剤及び促進薬剤として低分子量ヘパリンを含む治療的有効量の薬学的組成物を投与する方法で、成長因子の組織クリアランス速度を決定し、７～４５日の中断後に再度投与する、ことを含む工程を含む、CNS障害を有する哺乳動物を処置する方法。【選択図】図９
