A heart valve (1) comprises a tilting disc (2) mounted on a ring (3) by means of two pairs of holders (6, 7) and an additional protrusion ( 11 ) on the inner surface of the ring ( 3 ). The lower holders ( 6 ) are arranged that in the projection on the plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis ( 0 ) of the valve ( 1 ) the central points ( Z ) of spherical surfaces ( 8 ) of the lower holders ( 6 ) and the point ( X ) defined by the projection of a line defined by the plane of symmetry ( P) of the valve ( 1 ) and an outline of the cylindrical inner surface of the ring ( 3 ) of the heart valve ( 1 ) form an equilateral triangle ( T ) whose sides ( S ) run from the point ( X ) to the projections of the central points ( Z ) of the spherical surfaces ( 8 ), with an angle ( A ) between the sides ( S ) of said equilateral triangle ( T ) within the range over 53° and less than 60°.
