PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing line winder which can surely take off a fishing line wound on a reel in spite of the surface smoothness of the line.SOLUTION: The fishing line winder includes a line-winding portion which is rotated with a driving device M and winds up a line 10 on the outer periphery, wherein the line-winding portion has a central member 18 and an outside member 16 capable of being relatively moved in the rotation axis direction of the line-winding portion to the central member. The outside member has a base portion 16J composed of an elastically deformable elastic portion and a diameter-expandable portion 16A which can expand the outer diameter of the line-winding portion in a state capable of being restored by the elastic deformation of the base portion, on the outer peripheral portion of the central portion.
