The subject of the invention is an articular implant intended to be fixed in a bone structure and to accommodate a mobile prosthetic head with respect to said bone structure, the implant comprising: i) a metal cup ensuring the fixation of the implant in said bony structure, ii) an insert ensuring the reception of said prosthetic head, and iii) an intermediate element made of polymeric material interposed between the cup and the insert, these three elements being indissociably linked by interpenetrated interfaces. This particular structure makes it possible to remove any micro displacement between the different elements. The risk of producing material debris in the body is thus completely canceled.
