The present invention relates to a burn treatment agent containing an organic metal compound containing zinc and iron as an active ingredient, and to a method for preparing the same. An antimicrobial is prepared by a method comprising the steps of: (a) dissolving 1-3 parts by weight of an organic acid in 100 parts by weight of water to from a dissolved product； (b) putting zinc and iron into the dissolved product in a concentration of 1000-3000 ppm and 10000-30000 ppm, respectively, to form a composite； (c) forming a reaction product by reacting the composite at 50-60°；C for 48-72 hours； and (d) obtaining and refining the reaction product.
