Disclosed is an apparatus for manufacturing a feed additive for livestock and fish farming by using a grape byproduct and a propolis extract. According to the present invention, grape seeds, grape skins, and grape fruit stems, which are grape byproducts, are aged for a long period of time, and then the aged products are collected inside a hot-air drier and dried by hot air while discharging the hot air containing moisture generated at the time of drying. Therefore, dried materials of the grape seeds, the grape skins, and the grape fruit stems, which have a moisture content of 10%, are obtained.
