The present invention relates to an auxiliary device for syringe manipulation. The auxiliary device for manipulating a syringe, according to the present invention, is for automatically activating a pusher of a syringe coupled to a syringe. To this end, the auxiliary device comprises: a fixation member fixating a relative position of the syringe, and including a settling groove for exposing a part of an outer surface of an outer cylinder of the syringe while allowing the rest to be settled, and an insertion groove to which a finger support part of the syringe is inserted while the outer cylinder of the syringe is settled. a moving member installed to the fixation member while relative movement is possible, and having a fixation groove to insertedly fixate a thumb pressing part of the syringe； and a power transmission unit relatively moving the moving member relative to the fixation member based on an electrical signal.본 발명은 주사기 조작을 위한 보조 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 주사기 조작을 위한 보조 장치는, 주사기에 결합되어 그 주사기의 밀대를 자동으로 작동시켜 주기 위한 것으로, 주사기의 외통의 외면 중 일부는 노출시키고 나머지가 안착되게 하는 안착홈과, 상기 주사기의 외통이 안착홈에 안착된 상태에서 그 주사기의 손가락 받침부가 끼워지는 끼움홈을 구비하여서, 상기 주사기의 상대위치 고정을 가능하게 하는 고정부재； 상기 고정부재에 상대이동 가능하게 설치되고, 상기 주사기의 엄지 누름부가 끼워져 고정되게 하는 고정홈을 구비하는 이동부재； 및 상기 이동부재를 전기적인 신호에 기초하여 상기 고정부재에 대해 상대이동 시키기 위한 동력전달 수단；을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
