PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a dynamic characteristic value of a skin, a parameter R0, using biological information capable of being measured by a wearable apparatus and further calculate a skin age.SOLUTION: A regression equation between a heart rate at the time of activities in a daily life and a maximal extension length of a skin at the time of being sucked (hereinafter referred to as a parameter R0) measured by a skin viscoelasticity measuring device is acquired. On the basis of the regression equation, a parameter R0 of a subject's skin is estimated from a heart rate at the time of activities in the subject's daily life. Also a regression equation between the parameter R0 and actual ages is acquired in advance.
